my intentions are to sleep every day of spring break, and take lots and lots of naps

the boulevard is not that bad...

i've been here for way to long, however, i finally managed to make it to 9:30 last night...what an amazing place! it was a 90s dance party. most of the music we had of course heard but we definitely didn't know the words, so you could tell most everybody there that went the hardest were like...in college during the 90s...overall i still had an amazing time. also headed to the velvet lounge to hear a friend of ours do his first stage performance.

anywho...

The things that these girls say on 16 and Preggo KILLS ME!!!!! sheesh, I can't stand hearing "I didn't want to get pregnant/I didn't plan to get pregnant"---uuum madam, when you have unprotected sex, you definitely PLAN to get preggers, you just HOPE that you won't. I have 2 cousins younger than me (and I'm 20) and both of them are pretty far along in their pregnancies (one of them actually 18 the other just turned 20) neither of them have jobs and certainly aren't married, and have no money to get married let alone take care of the babies that they have created. I hate to say that this really makes me SICK and if I could tell them what I really wanted to tell them, they would never talk to me again. I think it's stupid, the whole country is going through tough economic times and their sitting high on medicaid and foodstamps...GET THE EFF OUT OF HERE!!!

not to mention, I don't see living out my dreams if I have kids before I'm ready. My dad approached this situation differently three times with my sisters and I: To My Eldest Sister: "I hope you know diapers are expensive." To the one in the Middle: "Don't come back from school with extra baggage." --(I now have a niece that I certainly do adore.) aaaand to me: "I already have one grandchild"

ugh anywho...I am still waiting for summer
